Construction of the second structure at the Bingen Point Business Park. The 1211 Bingen Point Building (aka Building 1C) is located immediately west of the 154 Bingen Point Building (aka Building 1A). It originally served as the Port's maintenance shop until September 2001 when it was leased to Mountain Home Biological.
